Captured by Em Photography started in 2021 after Em rediscovered her family's old digital camera that her family took on holidays in the early 2010s. "I might give this a go",
She learnt how to use her camera and practised on a few friends and after positive feedback she launched an Instagram page. She booked more and more shoots to practice her photography skills!
After a few months, she flew up to the Gold Coast to be the official photographer of the Miss Australia Pageants (still mind blown). CBE has grown so much in such a short period of time, we are so proud of the journey and excited for the future.

Emily captured a family photo shoot of my three boys (6 months, 2years & 4years) and I in April and we absolutely love her work. I was nervous heading into the session without my partner, unsure how we could possibly have all of the little ones cooperating at once, however Em immediately made us all feel comfortable turning the session into an adventure for the boys with her creative ideas & friendly demeanour.
Em was able to capture precious candid moments as well as some beautiful family shots that will be treasured.
She was unbelievably easy to work with, accommodating session time and place to suit our family. The images were provided ahead of scheduled and I loved the sneak peek reels in the interim.

I had some photos done for my little boy Samuel to commemorate his first birthday! Emily was absolutely amazing with him, knew exactly how to capture his attention and even made it fun for us all.
Samuel enjoyed himself greatly and she had made him feel safe and welcome to be his cheeky self. Emily was able to produce some of the most amazing photos, all super creative and a great range of different angles of our baby boy having fun. We both loved every minute of our session.
I definitely recommend Emily to any mum/dad or anyone for that matter wanting to capture their little ones.
